MAsT:Baltimore is lead by a Director and Deputy Director as well as an Executive Board. The current officers are introduced below.

Master David is a scene-friendly psychologist who first developed his appreciation for "the fine art of BDSM" while growing up in the San Francisco Bay area. He swore to protect the values of a Leather Master and was presented his Master’s cover in Hayward, California in 1969. He is a long-time contributor to safe, sane, pleasure-filled learning opportunities for adults to explore and expand their self-awareness. He has the ability to befriend people of all ages, enjoys the diversity found in the scene, and recognizes that in our lifestyle, "no one is perfect but, it's important to strive for excellence."

Master David is the founder of MAsT: Baltimore and remains an active member of MAsT: Washington. He serves MAsT International as their Junior Northeast Region Representative. He is Vice-President and Member of the Board of Directors for the Master Taino’s Training Academy (MTTA); he also is a member of the faculty and student counselor for that school for Masters and slaves.

He is a long-time member of Black Rose and serves as Vice President and a member of their Board of Directors. He is Vice-President of Baltimore Educational and Social Society (BESS) and served as their Ombudsman.

Don's journey in the lifestyle began when he was eighteen years old and his journey of exploring and learning still continues to this day. He is also of the belief that we are never too old to acquire knowledge. He feels that there is much to learn by attending events sponsored by organizations such as BESS. As a retired educator, he appreciates the opportunity to help others explore, enjoy, and learn all they can in their exploration of BDSM.

Don is a member of a number of groups and organizations which includes MAsT DC Pan, BESS, Black Rose, and the Northeast Dominants Forum, as well as several private discussion groups. He will be bringing the experience of many years in the lifestyle to MAsT:Baltimore.

His professional experience that he feels would be beneficial as Deputy Director includes being an officer (including president and vice president) in several organizations. He was president of his local union for fourteen years. For a number of years, he was a training and negotiations consultant for one of the largest unions in New Jersey. He was involved in volunteer community organizations as well.

He is the proud Master and owner of his cherished slave of twelve years, orja.

orja is the slave of Master Don and her experience in the lifestyle covers some thirteen years. She has a B. S. in education and her membership in various and diversified groups, past and present, includes BESS, BESS M/s SIG, MAsT Baltimore, MAsT DC Pan and Black Rose. orja has been a presenter at the 2007 M/s conference, Black Rose, BESS and NDDs Boot Camp. She is service oriented and is proud to have been in service to her Master 24/7 for the past twelve years.

Mistress Mary has been in the lifestyle for over fifteen years. She is Resident Master at MTTA, Inc, on staff at the Master Slave Conference, and on the Board of Directors of BESS.

She is honored to be a member of Master David's Leather Family. She brings her experience and enthusiam to the Executive Board of MAsT: Baltimore.

slave lori has been a member of MAsT Baltimore since shortly after its formation. She is a member of BESS, where she participates on the Communications and Charm City Fetish Fair Teams. lori is also an alumni of MTTA and a member of the Art of Slavery (AoS) Consortium.
